Yes! You can download Lifestream and use it free for 14 days. You will have full access to all Premium features during the 14-day free trial so you can get to know and explore Lifestream Premium as our guest. 

After the 14-day period, either add your credit card details to continue with Lifestream Premium for $9.95 per month or downgrade to Basic for free. You’ll still have access to an amazing list of free features including location sharing, chat and much more.

We also offer Enterprise packages to schools and businesses. Please see our Pricing page for more information. 

Yes! We welcome schools and other youth-related organisations that wish to take advantage of Lifestream and all it offers.

Your Lifestream subscription fee covers the use of all Lifestream features. You will need a phone or data plan to access Lifestream. 

The person receiving assistance pays ambulance fees in Australia, either directly or through health insurance.  Please consult your health insurer for further information.  

If you require emergency assistance and have no credit, just tap the SOS call button and you’ll be offered a mobile call to 000.

If you have access to a Wifi network, all Lifestream features will function.

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time in the Lifestream app. Tap on Settings > Membership > Cancel subscription.
