24/7 Response Centre
Our response centre partner has a team of highly-trained operators and over 65 years of global experience in telehealth and emergency services, so you can be assured that you’re in expert hands.
During an emergency call, operators can see your location and your personal information, which helps them get you the support you need. They can also notify your emergency contacts if required.
Real-Time SOS Chat
If you’re in a critical situation, have a poor internet connection or unable to speak, you can still access emergency assistance using our live SOS chat. Response operators can quickly assess your situation, knowing who you are, where you are and what help you need.
SOS chat, combined with SOS calls, provides important accessibility for our deaf and blind community, ensuring everyone can access support in times of crisis.
SOS Video Call
Lifestream’s SOS voice and video call feature facilitates direct communication between users and the response centre during emergencies. This enables real-time visual assessment of the emergency, allowing the response operator to better evaluate and respond to your needs.
With Lifestream’s SOS video calls, you can receive support while the operator arranges emergency assistance.
Emergency Location Tracking
Lifestream’s advanced location sharing capability provides response operators with access to real-time location updates during emergency calls. They will know exactly where you are, allowing them to efficiently get help to you.
WatchMe Monitoring
Going for an evening run by yourself, an early morning bike ride or any solo activity that has some risk involved?
Set a WatchMe timer for the duration of the activity. If you don’t cancel the timer or confirm you’re okay by the end of the activity, our response centre will be alerted. They will see where you are, your track during the activity and will follow your safety protocol to determine if you need help.
WatchMe is also great for lone workers like nurses doing home visits.
Emergency Contact Notification
In the event of an emergency, we’ll coordinate appropriate emergency assistance and let your emergency contact know what’s going on.
If your emergency contact also has Lifestream they will be able to see where you are, and get directions to you.
